DELIVERY & SETUP
Cleanliness and safety are extremely important to us. All of our equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every event to ensure a safe play environment. We use child-safe, nursery/school grade cleaning products that effectively eliminates 99.9% bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs. Our goal is to provide families with equipment that is not only fun, but also clean and safe for every guests to enjoy.
Our soft play equipment is made from high-quality, commercial grade foam that is sturdy yet soft, providing a safe and comfortable play surface for little ones. Our balls for our ball pits are BPA-free, and our bounce houses are commercial grade PVC. Designed for durability and safety. All equipment is carefully maintained and inspected.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we ask that a few simple rules are followed while using the soft play equipment. These rules will also be stated in the rental agreement, and posted on a board in front of the soft play area at your event. Following these rules helps keep the space clean, safe, and fun for everyone.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• Shoes must be removed before entering the play area.
• No food or drinks.
• Leave keys, jewelry, eyeglasses, and sharp objects outside the area.
• No pets are allowed inside the area.
• No silly string, face paint, confetti, or glitter in the play area.
• No climbing, sitting, or pulling on the fencing.
• Adults are allowed in the area, please remove your shoes and do not use equipment.
• Equipment must remain in the play area.
• Our soft play is intended for children five (5) years & under. For children under one (1) years old they must be able to sit up independently.
To ensure everyone’s safety, we ask that a our rules and guidelines are followed while using the bounce houses. These rules and guidelines will also be stated in our rental agreement, and posted on a sign in front of the bounce house at your event. Following these rules helps ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.
• If possible, keep children of similar age and size together and take turns rotating with other age groups.
• Shoes, food, drinks, jewelry, gum, glitter, confetti, silly string or sharp objects are not allowed inside the bounce house.
• No pets in the bounce house.
• Never exceed the weight capacity.
• No horseplay, rough, or aggressive play, flips, cartwheels, stunts, wrestling, or any other behavior that could lead to physical injury.
• Weather is a large factor in safe operation of our inflatables. If wind gusts reach 15-20 mph, or it starts to rain, immediately STOP participants from bouncing and have them exit the unit.
• Bounce house must be anchored to the ground at all times with stakes or sandbags. Do not move our equipment once we've setup.
• Do not jump on the inflatable step area.
• Do not allow climbing on the inflatable unit or netting by anyone inside or outside.
• Air blowers run continously during inflatable operation, please ensure that all blower tubes are kept tied closed. If air supply seems low, check the air supply tube (from blower to unit) that it is straight. If the blower stops, remove occupants from the unit.
